At Active Being we offer individual sessions or small group classes up to 3 people. Each session is created to suit the specific needs of the client/s.

Reformer Pilates encourages functional movement patterns while improving body awareness, balance and posture. Intensity and resistance can be modified to ensure you’re getting the most from each session. Pilates can be a powerful addition to your sport or training, or to enhance everyday life.
